Your written or telephone registration is binding - regardless of the payment of the course fee. A course certificate and the right to a seminar place will only be created for you after receipt of payment.

We reserve the right to cancel courses. In this case the paid course fee will be refunded immediately, of course.

Up to 4 weeks before the start of the withdrawal is annulation possible.

For cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of the course a processing fee of 20% of the course fee will be withhold.

Thereafter, the whole amount is payable and is also called for, if it is not paid, unless there is a replacement participant made or substitutes found.

In case of early withdrawal or later onset of a course no refunds or cost reduction is possible.

Exclusive jurisdiction is Bad Segeberg.
